About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding sessions to engage new employees and foster a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process, gathering feedback to continuously improve the experience.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives and report findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or onboarding roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and other training tools.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
