Responsibilities

• Guide the creative process for game effects, collaborating closely with artists, designers, and programmers.

• Report directly to the Creative Director, ensuring alignment with the studio's vision and goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a VFX Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your visual effects work in games.
• Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
• Proficient in industry-standard VFX software and tools.
• Strong understanding of game design principles and how visual effects enhance gameplay.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
