Responsibilities

• Enhance the quality and functionality of the Workwize platform.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Design and implement test strategies for system functionality and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing cycles, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve quality.
• Work with product management to understand user requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with API testing and performance testing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality assurance.
