Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and operations for the Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) division.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of MCS Integrated Operations to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
• Drive financial excellence across manufacturing and supply chain operations through data-driven insights.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support operational efficiency.
• Implement financial controls and best practices to enhance decision-making processes.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance roles, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a global environment, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
