Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Trainer to enhance the learning experience for both Censis employees and customers. This role presents a unique opportunity to create and scale impactful training experiences, facilitate product enablement for new launches and enhancements, and strengthen customer learning across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for Censis employees and customers, focusing on healthcare and sterile processing workflows, contextual industry knowledge, and Censis product education.
- Create engaging training materials for internal stakeholders, including instructor-led workshops, self-paced learning modules, video tutorials, interactive experiences, and quick reference guides.
- Lead and enhance Censis’ training ecosystem, incorporating Learning Management Systems (LMS) and customer learning portals to ensure a seamless and scalable learning experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making continuous improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with product launches and enhancements, ensuring that all training is relevant and up-to-date.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations for various audiences, adapting content to meet the needs of diverse learning styles and environments.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sterile processing and healthcare training to ensure that our programs are innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in healthcare or education.
- Proven expertise in sterile processing and a strong understanding of Censis products.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Experience in instructional design and development of training materials.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
