Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for connectivity integration across multiple data centers.
• Ensure standardized builds for all connectivity projects and operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with connectivity installations.
• Document and capture lessons learned to improve future projects.
• Provide training and onboarding for both internal and external resources involved in connectivity operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the construction and retrofitting of data center infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of connectivity standards and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with fiber installations and data hall provisioning is a plus.
