Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in application support or technical support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with debugging tools.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and AI applications is preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
