About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Customer Experience Lab Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive dental lab expertise to collaborate directly with clinicians on critical tasks, including patient scanning, case preparation, and design modifications. You will play a key role in delivering real-time technical support, ensuring quality outcomes and an exceptional experience for every doctor and patient.

Responsibilities
