Responsibilities
- Engage Dermatologists and other healthcare professionals within the designated territory to promote and educate on our dermatology products.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to effectively increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and identify key opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance product visibility within the territory.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and foster relationships.
- Utilize customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development, preferably in dermatology.
