Responsibilities
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in hematologic oncology and transplant to foster relationships and drive educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with Oncology Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure access to commercial resources in alignment with business needs.
- Work closely with Regional Business Directors, Area Business Managers, and Medical Science Liaisons to execute brand strategies effectively.
- Utilize strong clinical and customer knowledge to inform and influence healthcare professionals regarding current and future brand strategies.
- Develop and implement educational platforms that cater to the needs of healthcare providers in the field.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs while engaging with various stakeholders in the healthcare landscape.
- Participate in planning and execution of marketing and promotional strategies that align with business goals.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities within the hematology and oncology sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing role, preferably within oncology.
- Proven track record in building relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly KOLs.
- Strong understanding of hematologic oncology and transplant therapies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed within the designated region.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
