Responsibilities

  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in hematologic oncology and transplant to foster relationships and drive educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Oncology Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure access to commercial resources in alignment with business needs.
  • Work closely with Regional Business Directors, Area Business Managers, and Medical Science Liaisons to execute brand strategies effectively.
  • Utilize strong clinical and customer knowledge to inform and influence healthcare professionals regarding current and future brand strategies.
  • Develop and implement educational platforms that cater to the needs of healthcare providers in the field.
  • Maintain compliance with company SOPs while engaging with various stakeholders in the healthcare landscape.
  • Participate in planning and execution of marketing and promotional strategies that align with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities within the hematology and oncology sectors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing role, preferably within oncology.
  • Proven track record in building relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly KOLs.
  • Strong understanding of hematologic oncology and transplant therapies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed within the designated region.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
