Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and facilitating job offers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of department needs.
- Implement onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and provide necessary training.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to facilitate effective reporting and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to drive improvements in employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and report any issues to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably in a technology or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
