Responsibilities

• Manage the development process within a specification-driven framework to produce high-quality software.
• Orchestrate AI agents for generating production-ready code, ensuring the implementation of automated tests.
• Utilize multi-LLM workflows for code verification and quality assurance to maintain the integrity of our software solutions.
• Provide expert recommendations on best practices for AI-native workflows to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure code maintainability, security, and performance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to our projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in AI development and understanding of multi-LLM workflows.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
