Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals or in workforce development programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to develop training materials and deliver engaging workshops.
- Passion for inclusivity and a commitment to helping others succeed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management systems.
- Willingness to adapt to the needs of participants and maintain a flexible schedule.
