Responsibilities

• Lead the Ads Advanced Signals Team in developing and enhancing the APIs, integrations, and tooling that facilitate effective inbound and outbound signals for Reddit Ads.
• Define and execute a technical vision that drives innovation within the advertising space, ensuring the integration of high-quality inbound signals.
• Oversee the delivery of outbound data products used by advertisers and partners to measure and optimize ad performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth and a strong team dynamic.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Reddit at the forefront of advertising solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in software engineering, with a focus on API development and system integration.
