Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for the Ads Machine Learning Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and marketing to ensure alignment on product goals.
• Define and prioritize product requirements and features that enhance the performance of advertising technology.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.
• Drive the roadmap for product enhancements, focusing on scalability and robustness of the ML infrastructure.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure transparency in product development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in machine learning or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their applications in advertising technology.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
