Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for our digital solutions portfolio, which includes software, hardware, and IoT technologies.
• Assist customers in onboarding and adopting our digital offerings effectively, ensuring their successful implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and product usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to maximize the value of our digital solutions.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future product development and enhancements.
• Support the Digital Customer Success Regional Manager in executing strategies for customer engagement and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application engineering, software development, or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of IoT, software, and hardware integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in Mexico without relocation support.
