Responsibilities

• Own one or more strategic go-to-market (GTM) products that enhance how the company acquires, serves, and grows its customer base.
• Define product strategy, architecture, and roadmaps, ensuring that business systems are treated as integral products rather than isolated tools.
• Make informed technology decisions, including evaluation of build vs. buy options, to optimize product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the global employment landscape.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
• Lead product launches and ensure successful adoption by coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Continuously iterate on product features based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of innovation by incorporating automation and AI capabilities into product design and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology-driven or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to guide decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment is an advantage.
