Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management and performance of travel operations, ensuring operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Analyze operations performance reports and provide strategic direction to enhance operational performance against established goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Account Manager and operational staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support team efforts in increasing market share by promoting BCD Travel's preferred suppliers.
- Facilitate team development by providing constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance through regular meetings and annual performance reviews.
- Assist team members in prioritizing tasks and managing their workload effectively.
- Recruit and onboard new travel consultants to build a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of serving as a liaison between different stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage a team across various locations.
- Flexibility to work in an office environment as required, particularly for candidates in Warsaw, Kraków, and Rzeszów.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
