Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver optimal outcomes.
• Utilize Python and other programming languages to build scalable and efficient algorithms.
• Work with Vector Databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate to enhance AI functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our development practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions.
• Proficient in Python; familiarity with other programming languages related to AI is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
