Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the public sector or law enforcement.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures is a plus.
