Responsibilities

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Passion for helping candidates find their ideal roles in a multicultural environment.
