Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national strategies for new and existing products and services in the field of rapid diagnostics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across NHS, Public Health, and Local Authorities.
- Manage the sales process and drive revenue growth through effective account management.
- Act as a key liaison between Abbott Rapid Diagnostics and healthcare providers to ensure optimal product utilization.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on product features and benefits.
- Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring objectives are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and experience working with NHS and public health organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
