Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence organizational culture.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
